Training: Custody, Visitation & Child Support
Learn the skills and receive the certification required to mediate family disputes and custody issues.

Advanced 20-hour mediation and conflict transformation and resolution theory and skills
course with a focus on the following:

• Understanding the domestic mediation process and mediator’s role
• Hands-on skills necessary to mediate custody, visitation, and child support issues
• Domestic violence and mediation
• Communication skills for domestic conflict and conflict transformation how-to’s
• Creating Parenting Plans: Psychological and Cognitive Issues
• Individual feedback from trainers addressing participants’ consideration: specific
  strengths and areas for betterment

Dates: Wednesday, January 29 (5-9:30pm), Thursday, January 30 (9am-5:30pm) Friday, January 31 (9am – 4:00pm), 2025
